The Board of EFB wishes to announce that its dormant subsidiary company, Evergreen Molded Panels Sdn. Bhd. ("EMPSB"), had on 1 June 2006 and 30 June 2006, lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, the Solvency Declaration and statutory forms in relation to the Members' Voluntary Winding-up.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting held by EMPSB on 30 June 2006, it was resolved that EMPSB be wound up by way of Members' Voluntary Winding-up pursuant to Section 254(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1965.

The Members' Voluntary Winding-up of EMPSB does not have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of EFB Group.
