We refer to the announcement dated 3 January 2011 and 4 January 2011 in relation to the acquisition of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing 100% of the paid-up capital of Evergreen Adhesive & Chemicals (Gurun) Sdn Bhd ("EACG").

The Board of Directors' of EFB is pleased to announce that the acquisition of EACG has completed on 9 February 2011.
