The Board of Directors of  Evergreen Fibreboard Berhad wishes to inform that the Company is proposing to undertake the proposed renewal of authorisation for the Company to purchase its own shares up to 10% of the issued and paid-up capital ("Proposed Share Buyback").

The proposal for the Proposed Share Buyback will be tabled for the shareholders' consideration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Share Buy-back Statement will be issued in due course.
