Evergreen's Ever-Mine Medium Density Fibreboard is made from quality MDF panels overlaid with low-pressure melamine. With its pre-finished hard surface, Ever-Mine MDF is ready to install, easy to maintain, and stain and scratch resistant.

Ever-Mine lamination creates low-pressure laminate surfaces that are resistant to chemical reaction, heat, and mechanical handling. The impregnated melamine paper with resin is pressed on the substrate surface (MDF or Particleboard). Upon reaching the proper extent of curing, the surface is homogenized and becomes resistant to a large number of chemical and physical effects.
Applications
Applications for this product are endless for vertical and horizontal surfaces. Ever-Mine melamine boards are widely used for kitchen cupboards, built-ins, shelving cabinets, and many surfacing applications. Only needing cut-to-size and edging before installation, Ever-Mine boards are used in residential, commercial, furniture, and construction industries for numerous applications. The remarkable quality of Ever-Mine also holds up under harsh wear conditions when applied in partition walls, shelves, and closets.
Ever-Mine Substrates
The Ever-Mine tough and durable melamine surface is adhered to an Evergreen premium substrate. The Ever-Mine substrate is produced from our quality EFB MDF Green Board that is a uniform density panel with a fine, smooth surface that is ideal for shaping and routing. It is also suitable for a wide range of modern furniture and joinery applications.
It is easily cut, machined, and cleanly drilled without splintering or chipping.

EFB Green Board is engineered from fibres that are compacted together with resin. The smooth surface substrates are free from knots and grains making them especially easy to finish.

Evergreen LFE MDF is designed for minimal formaldehyde emissions. This board has less than 9 mg of emission and is identifield as E -1 by the EMB industry standard. Such applications include toys and furniture.
