Ever-Lite Knock Down furniture is made from Veneer Overlay MDF, PU/Amino Paper Overlay MDFas well as PVC Overlay MDF. It comprises mainly of thin MDF flushed with thick Particleboard/MDF which substantially reduces the weight of the furniture as compared to solid wood furniture. Using the knock down flushing production process, our furniture is packed into flat carton boxes which makes it easy and light to carry and therefore is in high demand by consumers. Furthermore, this flushing technique also reduces material cost and wood content which is ideal from an economical stand point as well as environmental stand point as the MDF is made from sustainable wood resources instead of solid or tropical hardwood.
